Welcome to R.bin Sarl ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web-based games, applications, and services published on the Facebook Instant Games platform, as well as our official website located at rbinstore.org (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease playing our games or using our Services.
1. Compliance with Platform Terms
Because our games are built and played within the Facebook / Meta Ecosystem, your use of our Services is strictly subject to the following platform regulations:

- Facebook Platform Terms: Meta's policies regarding applications, data storage, and gaming interactions.
- Facebook Developer Policies: Strict guidelines governing instant loading, privacy, and social mechanics.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Meta Platform policies, the Meta Platform policies shall prevail.
2. Access and Account Safety
Access to our games is authorized directly via your Facebook account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your Facebook credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized gameplay, score modification, or progression loss occurring due to third-party access to your Facebook account.
3. Virtual Items, In-Game Economy, and Score Integrity
Our games may feature virtual currencies, tokens, character skins, or digital progress stats (collectively, "Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and cannot be traded outside of the game environment.
- Any purchase of Virtual Items (if available) is final, non-refundable, and processed exclusively through Meta's secure payment processors in accordance with Facebook's Payment Terms.
- We reserve the right to regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items or scoreboards at any time to preserve gameplay balance and platform integrity.
- Any attempts to hack, exploit, manipulate, or cheat our leaderboard engines, local databases, or memory states will result in immediate disqualification, player profile deletion, and reporting to Meta safety teams.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, graphics, audio, UI layouts, designs, trademarks, and gameplay concepts integrated into our Services (excluding native Meta trademarks and platform assets) are the exclusive intellectual property of R.bin Sarl and/or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games for recreational, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or monetize any of our intellectual assets without explicit written authorization.
5. User Code of Conduct
When playing our games or interacting with the R.bin Sarl community, you agree not to:
- Transmit any abusive, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate text or graphics.
- Exploit program bugs or distribute cheating tutorials.
- Use automated software (bots), scripts, or macros to play the game or manipulate scores.
- Interfere with or disrupt the game servers or technical network infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R.bin Sarl and our affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our games, system downtime, network latency, or loss of game progress data.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Settat, Morocco.
